Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTIMOTHY JOSEPH SHEEDY April 22, 1919 - March 4, 2005 Tim died in his sleep at Red Deer Regional Hospital. He was predeceased by Mary, his wife of 55 years. To celebrate his life, he leaves his family: Susan (Terry), Adriane and Alex: Kevin (Mabel); Kelley and Allyson, Galen and Scotty; Colin (Michele), Michela and Chiara; brothers Tony (Verla); Jack (Anna); Ken (Merle); Reg (Yvonne). Tim was born in Gretna, MB. He served overseas from 1939 to 1945, with the PPCLI. He was discharged as a Master Warrant Officer. He was a printer with the Winnipeg Free Press, North Battleford News, and Red Deer Advocate. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, and was very active in church affairs. Tim's hobbies included stamp collecting and gardening, particularly the growing of carrots. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tim's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Prayers will be at 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary's RC Church, 6 McMillan Ave., Red Deer. Funeral Mass will be at St. Mary's at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2005; celebrant Rev. Fr. Joseph Dephoff.
