MARY KATHLEEN (KAY) KERR (nee RAVEN) Peacefully, on Sunday, March 6, 2005, Kay Kerr passed away at the West Park Manor, at the age of 91 years. Remaining to cherish her memory are her children, Keith (Yvonne), Glen (Christine), Valerie (Aubrey) and Jane (Brian); grandchildren, Arlene, Ryan, Greg, Tim, Michael, Matthew, Mark, Len, Chris and Jill; and five great-grandchildren, Kim, Melissa, Tommy, Jack and Raven; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Jack; and grandson Willie. Kay was the surviving sibling of the eight Raven children. Mom spent many years in Portage la Prairie, MB and Salmon Arm, BC. She was very involved with the United Church and the workings of the church until recent years. Her family and friends were important to her. Mom liked to have family visit and travellers were always welcome to stay. She enjoyed many hours with friends playing bridge and scrabble. A Celebration of Kay's Life will be held at a later date in Salmon Arm, BC, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Jack. A special thank you to the staff at West Park Manor for their constant care and attention over the past year. Flowers are gratefully declined.
