WALTER SUDOMA Peacefully, on Wednesday, March 9, 2005, Walter was reunited with his beloved Jen. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by son Robert; daughter-in-law Debbie; and grandchildren, Michael and Christina. Walter was born July 16, 1916 in Winnipeg, MB. He was employed by the CPR for many years as a boiler maker and later as a supervisor. Walter was jack of all trades at the St. James Kiwanis Court following his retirement from the railway. He enjoyed working with his hands and his handiwork can be found in many garages, cabins and projects around the province. Walter was always there to lend a mitt or to offer advice on how the job should be done properly. His downtime was spent out on the lake bringing home the catch of the day. Walter was a strong willed, fiercely independent person who took great pride in his home, family and in everything he did. Though Walter possessed a tough exterior, he had a deep love for his family especially his grandchildren. At Walter's request, no formal funeral service will be held. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Our family wishes to thank Oakview Personal Care Home for their care over the past several months. Thanks to Dr. Mould and more recently Dr. Griggs for their care and support. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in Walter's memory may be made to D'Arcy's ARC, 1793 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3J 0E8. WOJCIK'S ALL BELIEFS FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL CREMATORIUM 897 - 4665
