BERTHA KORNELUK It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our loving aunt Bertha Korneluk on March 5, 2005 at Middlechurch Home. Bertha was predeceased by her parents, Rose and Peter Korneluk; and her sisters, Minnie Proveda and Olga Capp. Her memory will be cherished by her brother-in-law Harry Proveda; her nieces, Virginia Wiebe (John) of Winnipeg, Catherine Koperta (Peter); and nephew Mark Capp (Corinne) of Michigan; great-nieces, Andrea Sands (David), Nicole Carnes, Chenelle, Erica and Jessica Capp; and great-nephew Ian Wiebe (Patty). Bertha was born in Winnipeg and for many years worked for the Federal Government. After her retirement she devoted her time to looking after her mother. Her family was her life and nothing gave her more pleasure than spending time with them in Winnipeg or Michigan. A memorial service and celebration of Bertha's life will take place on Thursday, March 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Home, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bertha's memory to Middlechurch Home.
