ANNA MARIE SEPKE (nee MUTSCHER) Peacefully in the early morning hours of March 11, 2005, at the Selkirk and District Hospital, with her family at her side and in her heart, Annie left her earthly home to be at peace once again. She was born on April 2, 1911, in Dresden, ND, to Edward and Maria Mutscher as one of 10 children: three sisters and six brothers. On February 12, 1929, she married Emil Sepke in Dresden. They farmed in many areas of Manitoba but mainly in the Snowflake area while raising their 14 children. In 1965, they moved to farm in the Glenboro area until retiring to town in 1972. Annie continued to live in town following her husband's passing until 1992, when she moved to East Selkirk, MB, with her daughter Liz. Annie spent many hours at her favourite pastimes of rug-hooking and embroidery and when not busy with her hands, was glued to the TV, watching her favourite show, Wheel of Fortune. She will be sadly missed by her children, Marie (Ted), Liz, Thelma, Melvin (Irene), Richard (Ernestine), Reitta, Lauretta (Marshall), Jennette, Marlene (Gerald), LeRoy (Caroline), Eugene (Terry), Ronald (Shirley), Bob (Janelle); son-in-law Merton; and her one surviving sister Minnie; also mourning her are grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren too numerous to name. There to await her on her journey home are her husband Emil; her daughter Irene; and her sons-in-law, Bud, Ted, Red and Leslie. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 19 at 2:00 p.m. in the Willmor Chapel, 415 Broadway St., Glenboro, with Rev. Milo Spooner Craig officiating. Interment to follow in the Glenboro Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Jim Rinn, Ken Choma, Clayton Sepke, Darryl Sepke, Jason Sepke and Victor Otto. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren. Friends that so desire, memorial donations may be made in Annie's memory to the Heart Stroke Foundation or to a charity of one's choice. Anna will be sadly missed by all. May God watch over her. Jamieson Funeral Service of Baldur-Glenboro in care of arrangements. 1-204-827-2480.
