JEANNE AANDAL (nee LEROUX) (SUNDMARK) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeanne Aandal on Saturday, March 12, 2005 at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, MB. Jeanne was born in Kenora, ON on December 16, 1945 and lived in Kenora all her life. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Nettie Leroux. Jeanne is survived by her loving husband Vern; her daughter Sandy Salvador (Mike); her son David Sundmark (Kelly); her grandchildren, Jarrod and Eric; and stepgrandson Hunter. She will also be lovingly missed by her three brothers, Ralph Leroux, Frank Leroux (Marlene) and Brian Leroux (Marion); her niece Susan Loewen (Dan); her nephew Frank Leroux (Jeannie) and their children, Stephanie and Spencer Loewen and Patrick and Robbie Leroux, mother and father-in-law Alf and Pat Sundmark. She was employed by Canada Safeway for 35 years until her retirement in 2003. She was well known in her job as Customer Service Manager and enjoyed her contact with many regular customers. Through the years she developed many friendships with her coworkers that she continued to value following her retirement. While at home she enjoyed reading, knitting, entertaining friends and simply sitting and watching the view of Lake of the Woods from her balcony. In addition to those hobbies Jeanne took much pleasure in spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and planning and travelling with Vern. Their holidays were spent in warm locations where she always returned with a beautiful tan, lots of pictures and gifts for all those close to her. Prayers will be said at Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church, Kenora on Tuesday, March 15 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church, Kenora on Wednesday, March 16 at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Alan Campeau officiating. Interment to follow at Lake of the Woods Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. The family wishes to thank those that have offered their support over the last few weeks during Jeanne's hospital stay. Your phone calls, prayers and support have shown us how truly loved Jeanne was and we will not forget your kindness. BROWN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE ENTRUSTED WITH ARRANGEMENTS.
