She was one of the original teachers of Faith Academy as well as one of the first members of Faith Baptist Church where she was known for her astounding memorization skills and her great love of the Lord. • Mrs. Penalber was my teacher at the Manitoba Christian School from Kindergarden through to Grade 7. I started Kindergarden at the same time as Jonathan. I have very fond memories of both Mrs. Penalber and Jonathan. She was my favourite teacher and I especially loved when she directed the choir. She was always very patient and kind. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She was a wonderful woman who made a world of difference for this little girl. - Posted by: Lisa Sutton (nee Yaroshko) (Acquaintance) on: Mar 17, 2005
