WILFRED FRANK DRAHO August 9, 1930 - March 14, 2005 It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the sudden passing of their beloved husband, father and grandfather Wilfred Frank Draho on Monday, March 14, 2005, at the age of 74. Wilf was predeceased by his father Frank; mother Mary; and sister Marjorie. Wilf leaves to cherish his many memories his beloved wife of 49 years, Jean; his children, Robert (Susie), Diane (Geoff), Richard (Bev), Raymond (Jadzia), Donna (Brian); his 13 grandchildren; his sister Eleanor (Mike); his aunts, Tunie (Louis) and Teenie; as well as all those who knew and loved him. Wilf married the love of his life Jean in 1955. Together they raised their children in Winnipeg. Wilf began his working career at Standard Aero, and later he formed his business, Associated Crankshaft Services, which continues to be operated by his son Ray. Retiring in 1988, Wilf and Jean traveled the countryside, going to car shows showing his corvette. Wilf had a zest for life. His wit, charm and sense of humour carried him through good times and bad. The family would like to extend special thanks to the emergency staff at the Victoria Hospital for their care and compassion. At Wilf's request the family invites friends and family to an informal reception to share in his memory from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 17 at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Wilf's memory to the Manitoba Lung Association or the Humane Society. Arrangements entrusted to: GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. 982-7550
