LORNA JEAN BOISCLAIR It is with great sadness, that the family of Lorna Jean Boisclair announce her passing on March 13, 2005. Lorna was predeceased by her late husband Alphonse of 53 years in 2003. She will be missed by her children, Linda (Mike), Richard (Wendy), Neil (Maureen); her grandchildren, Ron, Doug, Andrea, Jamie, Amanda; great-grandchild Ryan; brother Johnny (Rose) of Winnipeg and sister-in-law Irene of New Westminster, BC. Lorna was born October 4, 1925 in Brandon, MB. On Saturday nights you could always find Lorna and Al in front of the television playing Kinsman Bingo. Lorna also loved to sing. She would bring a smile to everyone's face when she was singing in the halls at Misericordia Health Centre. Lorna was also very proud of her 14 bowling trophies that she had won over the years. The family would like to thank the staff at Misericordia Health Centre and River East Personal Care home for all of their support and care over the past year. In lieu of flowers, the family ask for your donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 19 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., with viewing one hour prior to service. Rev. James Hatherly will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Doug Kostyniuk, Mike Kostyniuk, Kurt Machel, Doug Streilein, Jamie Boisclair and Allan Mason. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 885-9715 Family and friends are invited to sign the Book of Condolence at www.chapellawn.mb.ca.
