FANNEY VICTORIA STEFANSSON On Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at the Health Science Centre, Fanney Stefansson died at the age of 92 years. Fanney had been employed with the T. Eaton Company in her early years. She was involved with the Ladies Aid at the Unitarian Church and the C.N.I.B. She will be fondly remembered for creating the most beautiful Icelandic sweaters and the most delicious Icelandic delicacies. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Thora (Roger) Eyvindson of Ottawa, grandchildren, Katrina (Desmond) Moser of Salt Lake City, Stephen (Ailsa) Eyvindson of Deep River, ON, and Sara Eyvindson (Bill Keays) of Switzerland and six great-grandchildren. Fanney was predeceased by her husband Ingi in 1943. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 20 at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave., Aubrey Street entrance.
