Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNE WARK (nee EWANCHUK) Peacefully on Thursday, March 17, 2005, at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 83 years Anne Wark passed away. Anne leaves to mourn her children, Allan (Sally) Bud, Judy (Denis Johnson); grandchildren, Elaine (Ray), Sherrill (Roy), Jeff (Debbie), Lexie, Persilla, Richard, Christine, Randy (Laura), Tracy (Chris), Casey, Cara; great-grandchildren, Derek, Janessa, Dallas, Ryan, Jenna, Dylan, Brooklyn, Daylen, Dana, Sara, Brent and Aiden; brother-in-law Joe Zarecki; and sister-in-law Marion Wark. Anne was predeceased by her husband Arthur; parents, Steve and Mary Ewanchuk; sisters, Olga, Violet; brother Johnny; daughter-in-law Judy; and grandson Robert. Mom's passion was cooking. Her favourite times were preparing all the traditional Ukrainian food for her family. While raising her family she worked at a variety of places including the Wildwood Club, Ringers Drugs and also helped her brother run the Ham and Egg Grill. After Arthur retired they became campground attendants at Brereton Lake. Loving the area so much, they retired in Rennie, Manitoba until they had to move back to the city for health reasons. After Arthur's passing Anne moved to Lions Place where she lived until her passing. A celebration of Anne's life to be held on Tuesday, March 22 at 10:00 a.m. in Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No.1 East at Navin Road. Interment to follow in Holy Angel Mausoleum. The family would like to thank the staff at Lions Place, with a special thanks to her home care workers, Franca and Phyllis for the loving care they gave to our mom.
