VERNA LORRAINE MCNAUGHTON (nee MONAGHAN) 1922-2005 On Thursday March 17, 2005, Verna Lorraine McNaughton (nee Monaghan) aged 83 years, of Morden, MB, passed away at the Boundary Trails Health Centre. She leaves to mourn one daughter, Gail and Bernie Friesen of Naples, FL; one son, Butch McNaughton of Winnipeg, MB; one son-in-law Bob and Ruth Johnston of Darlingford, MB; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, Bailey Cousins. She was predeceased by her loving husband Donald Ross McNaughton in 1964 and daughter Sharon (Bob) Johnston in 1992. Verna worked at the Ridley Drugs Clinton Drugs stores for over 33 years in Morden, MB. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 22 at the St. Thomas Anglican Church, 131 8th St., Morden, MB, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Hillside Cemetery Morden, MB. Public viewing will be held at Wiebe Funeral Chapel 1050 Thornhill St., Morden, MB from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Monday, March 21.
