EDOUARD DORGE 1926 - 2005 With deep sorrow we announce the passing of Edouard Dorge, beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Gratton) of 53 years, at the St. Boniface Hospital on March 19, 2005 at the age of 78 years. Left for a better place to be with his father Josephat and mother Alexina (nee Campeau); his sisters, Juliette (Athur) Vermette, Irene (Ernest) Bourbonniere and Leonie (Leo) Lemoine; his brothers-in-law, Elphege Peloquin and Pierre Lemoine.Surviving his beautiful memory are his siblings, Sister Agathe Dorge, S.N.J.M., Agnes Peloquin, Denis (Rita), Leon (Lea), Yvonne Lemoine, Elie (Ann), Marcel (Yolande), Marie (Roland) Rajotte, Richard (Laurence); sister-in-law Lucille Kofman; and numerous nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends. Edouard was the best "Mr. Fix-it" we ever knew, always in a great mood - he would give the shirt off his back to help someone. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus for over 50 years. "Catholic" was his middle name, his rosary was always on him. He dedicated 36 years at the Carling O’Keefe Brewery making many friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Erhard and the staff of 6A South at the St. Boniface Hospital. Thank you to all the homecare workers that Edouard appreciated so much. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1P6. Visionnement aura lieu a 9h30, les prieres auront lieu a 10h00, suivi de la Messe des Funerailles a 10h30 le mardi 22 mars 2005, en l’Eglise du Precieux-Sang, 200 rue Kenny. Inhumation des restes aura lieu a une date ulterieure. Viewing will take place at 9:30 a.m., with prayers at 10:00 a.m. followed by the funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 22 at the Precieux-Sang Roman Catholic Church, 200 Kenny St. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date.   • Lorraine, our thoughts are with you at this time. Edouard was not just an uncle, he was the special uncle from the Dorge side. He was sensitive, asked us how we were and listened to our answers. He was the uncle we loved and shared with .I was so sorry to hear of his passing and remembered his laugh and smile.
