Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • He was a great inspiration to my career. Was a great representative of Acklands whom I shared coffee with. Met his son Rob years later through diving. Small world. Rest in Peace John - Posted by: Vic Hiebert (Friend) on: Dec 06, 2023

  • I can't believe it's been 11 years. I still see you in Robert and Alan, they're so much like you! Don't tell them though. We're all fine, the girls are growing up, and I sure wish I had your help this summer! We miss you. - Posted by: Heather den Boer-Gorlick (Daughter in law) on: Mar 22, 2016

  • Grandpa, I miss you soooo much! You taught me so much! Wether it was at the pool and learning to swim and dive or if it was how to be sneaky with Kiley and paint your toenails while you slept by the pool or whether it was to always wear a hat outside, you meant the world to me! I miss you! Rest in piece <3 - Posted by: Sydney Gorlick (Granddaughtet) on: Nov 17, 2012

  • To my father-in-law, my extra dad, my come-fix-it-guy. I will miss you terribly. I will miss your advice, your jokes, your radio and even your lectures on pool safety. Rest in peace, we love you and will miss you always. - Posted by: Heather den Boer-Gorlick (Family) on: Mar 25, 2005
