ROSE REY Peacefully at the St. Claude Pavilion, with family at her side, Mrs. Rose Yvonne Rey passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at the age of 85 years. She leaves to mourn, her loving husband of 61 years Leon Rey; eight children, Leonel (Simone), Simone (Normand) Dacquay, Norbert (Donna), Arthur (Lorie), Roland (Lorraine), Rene (Lorraine), Richard (Janet) and Mariette (Grant) Campbell; 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn one sister Marie (Albert) Collet and four sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Sophie and Antoine Chappellaz; two sisters; four brothers; and two grandchildren (Marina and Joey). Prayers will be said in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Sunday, March 27 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Monday, March 28 at 2:00 p.m. with Msgr. Roger Bazin officiating. As expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the St. Claude Health Foundation, Box 400, St. Claude, MB R0G 1Z0. The family would like to thank the staff of the St. Claude Pavilion, the St. Claude Hospital, Dr. Gisele Viens and Dr. A. Lazarus for their care and compassion.
