JEANNE AGNES PANTEL (nee TOUCHETTE) 1915 - 2005 It is with heavy hearts the family wishes to announce the passing of their mother Jeanne on Wednesday, March 23. Jeanne was predeceased by her son Rene in 1957, her husband Germain in 1981, her sister Olive, brother Antime, Paul-Aime, Charles and Alfred. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, simply adored by all her grandchildren. Left to mourn, her sons, Eugene (Shirley), Fred; grandchildren, Nicole, Renee (Rob), Suzanne (George), Fred Jr. (Shannon), Ken; great-grandchildren, Meagan, Kylie, Kayley, Teagan, Tristan and Marc. Also left to mourn, one brother Louis Touchette; sisters, Antoinette (Louis), Rita, Mari-Anne (Ed), Therese (Leon), and their families. Jeanne also leaves to mourn Henry and Odile Pantel, August and Yvon Pantel, Henriette, George Pantel and numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to acknowledge all staff at Tache Nursing Centre for their tender loving care of our mother, commonly referred to there as ma belle Jeanne. Also a special thanks to her sister Terry. Cremation has taken place and interment will follow at a later date. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, March 29, at 1:00 p.m. in the Holy Cross Church, 252 Dubuc St. In lieu of flowers donations in Jeanne's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation 102-310 Broadway.
