ETIENNETTE GENEVIEVE (GENIE) MULLER (nee BEAUDET) It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mom aged 92 at the Foyer Valade on March 23, 2005. She leaves to mourn her four sons: Roger (Lucille), Joseph (Suzanne), Denis (Louise), Aime. Grandchildren; Gerald, Norman, Philippe, Denise, Jeremie, Michel, Daniel, Alain, Nicole, Jean-Paul, eleven great-grandchildren and sister Therese Leroux. Predeceased by her husband Albert in 1968, daughter Denise Muller Sabourin, grandchild Norman Sabourin, three brothers, four sisters, several brothers and sisters-in law. Mom was born in Elie, Manitoba but raised in St.Boniface. She met her husband at a family wedding, fell in love and married. Together they raised five children in a house they built on Langevin Street. Mom was active in church events and helped her husband with his business (Muller Refrigeration). After his passing Mom went to work at Boner and Bemis and then at Eaton's. Her life was long and full of events. She loved to entertain and her door was always open to family and friends. Her greatest passion was being involved with her grandchildren. Special thanks to the great staff of the Foyer Valade for their love, compassion and kindness towards our mother and to the special residents of Elizabeth Manor. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Elle a fait sa vie adulte a St. Boniface. Elle a marie Albert Muller de Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes et ensemble ils ont eleve cinq enfants dans la maison qu'ils ont bati sur la rue Langevin. Maman etait membre de la Ligue Catholique des Femmes pour plusieurs annees et aidait son marie a demarrer son entreprise (Muller Refrigeration). Apres le deces de papa elle est retournee sur le marche de travaille a Boner and Bemis et ensuite chez Eaton. Son bonheur etait de recevoir sa famille le dimanche et sa passion etaient d'etre entouree de ses petits-enfants. Tu ne t'y attendais pas, Mais ce poeme est pour toi, J'aimerais te remercier infiniment, Pour tout ce que tu as fait Maman. Avec amour de tes enfants, Que le bon Dieu, T'accueil dans ses bras, Maman. Au lieu de fleurs ceux qui le desir peuvent faire un don a la charite de leur choix. Prayers will be said on Monday March 28 at 7:00 p.m. at Desjardin Funeral Chapel, 357 DesMeuron Street St. Boniface. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Martyrs Canadien Paroisse, 289 Dussault St. Boniface.
