WILLIAM BERNARD PENNER November 24, 1915 - March 26, 2005 Bill died Saturday, March 26, 2005 after living for years with Parkinson's Disease. He leaves behind his beloved and loving wife Mildred Edna Penner (nee Shellrude); his children, Ruth Peters (Gordon), Sharon Penner (Larry), Carol Preston (Gordon), Ross Penner (Dawn) and Kathryn Penner; and his grandchildren, Allison, Ken, Joel, Jotham, Thomas, Matthew, Claire, Stephen and Timothy. Bill was predeceased by his beloved granddaughter Emily. Bill was a loving, kind and gentle man. He took great joy in his relationship with God and in his family. He loved working with his hands, being out in nature and reading his Bible. Bill died at Easter in the sure and certain knowledge of God's unconditional love and the promise of resurrection. We will miss him, yet we also joyfully release him to be with God. Interment at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30 at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial service following at 2:00 p.m., St Margaret's Anglican Church, Westminster at Ethelbert. Arrangements by Neil Bardal Inc.
