Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAULINE (POLLY) HEIDINGER 1915 - 2005 It is with saddened hearts that the family of Polly Heidinger announces her passing on March 29, 2005 at the Health Sciences Centre. She is survived by her only child Leona (John) Murphy; her granddaughter, Theresa (David) and their children, Brandon, Davina, Nathan and Mitchell; granddaughter Rosanne (Chris) and their children, Samantha, Kelli and Joey; grandson John (Nicole) and their children, Jackson and Phoenix; and her beloved cat Nicky. She was predeceased by her husband John in 1989, putting a great strain on her heart from which she never recovered. Her greatest joy was being outside and taking care of her beautiful yard. her favourite saying was you have to water and fertilize! She was a very honest, hardworking and caring person and will be deeply missed by those whose life she touched. Mom will be remembered for her devotion, warm heart, dignity and inner strength. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 1 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Gimli with Deacon Ray Sutton officiating. Interment will follow in the Gimli Community Cemetery. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the many people who helped her over the years, especially Ron Goodman. Also thanks to Dr. Chapnick and all the nurses at the Gimli Community Health Centre and Dr. Penner, the nurses and hospital staff at the Health Sciences Centre. The dearest mother and sweetest friend, One of the best whom God could lend. She was loving, gentle and true, Always willing, a kind act to do. It is not tears at the moment shed,, That tell how beloved is the soul that fled, But tears through many a long night wept, And loving remembrance fondly kept. your loving daughter, Leona We will miss you Mom.
