STEPHEN HORBAL Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, on Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at Seven Oaks Hospital, Steve Horbal, aged 84 years, beloved husband of Phyllis. Steve is survived by his wife of 36 years, Phyllis; grandsons, Geoffrey and Matthew; daughter-in-law Carol; sisters, Mary Demedash, Stella Demedash, Jarice (Tony) Hendricks, Kay Zawortny; brother Michael (Mary) and their families; sisters-in-law, Rose, Elsie, Roxy (Max); brothers-in-law, Bill, Walter (Diane), Nick (Joan); nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his two sons, Terry and Gerald. Prayers will be sung 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 1 at Sts. Vladimir and Olga Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 115 McGregor St. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 2, also at the cathedral, with Rev. M. Kouts officiating.
