MARISE DIANE MARIE CHARTIER (nee LeBLANC) Peacefully surrounded by her loving family, Marise passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2005, at the Ste. Anne Hospital at the age of 43 years. Marise leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband Henri and their two daughters, Natasha and Myriamme. She will also be remembered by her mother Florence LeBlanc (nee Gauvin); her brothers, Charles (Monique) and Paul; her sisters, Janice (Maurice) Dallaire, Paulette (Rod) Richard, Ginette and Nicole (Marc) LeBlanc. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Florence Chartier; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Pierre (Irene), Jules (Suzanne), Louise (Leon), Rene, ptre, Michel (Gisele), Aurel (Mona), Bernard (Lucie), Monique (Chuck), Laurette (Aurele), Raymond (Nicole) and Joel (Michelle) and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was predeceased by her father Jean-Marie, her father-in-law Leopold and her sister-in-law Paulette. Marise was like a tree. Her many branches worn, cut and broken in life continued to offer love, friendship, forgiveness, humility, joy and courage. Her gift of self strengthened those that she touched, supported, loved and accepted without judgement. We all have been captured by her essence, her song, and rested in the shade that she offered so willingly. The family would like to thank CancerCare Manitoba, Home Care staff, the doctors and staff at the Ste. Anne Hospital, as well as friends for their support. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Room ON1160, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
