Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD ALEXANDER ZADKO Born February 23, 1959 Died March 31, 2005 With heavy hearts and great sadness we announce the passing of Rick at the age of 46 years. Left to mourn are his parents Don and Florence Zadko of St. Catharines, ON; daughter Jennifer Hruska (and mother) of Winnipeg; brothers, Ken and Mike (Elayna) of Winnipeg; and his sweetheart Ilda Medeiros, and her children, Laura, Mark and Johnny of Winnipeg; honorary brother Neil Basson (Josee, Hunter and Mac Kenzie) of Dufresne, MB; Baba Lucy Wolchuk, niece and nephew Tiffany and Michael Zadko and great-niece Caydence, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins in St. Catharines and Scarborough, ON. Rick was born in Toronto, grew up in St. Catharines, and moved to Winnipeg in August 1978. He was proud to be part of the family of employees at MacDon Industries, as one of their best fork-lift operators for over 25 years. Rick was a kind and gentle soul, who loved his family, friends and his dogs Max and Bear. In his spare time he enjoyed the great outdoors, hunting and fishing, walking his dogs, and challenging Tiger Woods on his Playstation. A memorial service will be held at Thompson In the Park, 1291 McGillivray Blvd., on Wednesday, April 6 at 10:00 a.m. All family and friends are welcome to attend and share in our remembrance of Rick. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rick's memory to the charity of your choice. We all love you Rick, God Bless You.
