Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMIKE KRAWEC Mike Krawec passed away peacefully on April 1, 2005 at the Arborg and District Health Centre after a brief illness. Mike was born on May 3, 1926 in the village of Taurow, Ukraine. He immigrated to Canada with his parents in 1939 where he settled in the Sylvan area and farmed till he moved to Arborg and retired. He is survived by one sister Julia Kiernicki and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Dymetro and Pawlegia Krawec and one sister Dora Crones; brothers-in-law, Louis Crones and Walter Kiernicki. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 9 at 3:00 p.m. in the Arborg (MacKenzie) Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at St. Phillips Cemetery. Arborg (MacKenzie) Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
