Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELEN CAMPBELL (nee ESTOK) It is with great sadness we announce that Helen Campbell, beloved wife of John Campbell, passed away on April 4, 2005, at Victoria General Hospital. Helen will be lovingly remembered by her husband John; daughter Heather; son David (Teresa); and grandchildren, Heather, Elaine, Jennifer and Stephen; as well as her sisters and brother from British Columbia, Betty Abbott, Mary Olson, Carrie Ryan and Joe Estok. Helen was born in Stockholm, SK and lived most of her life in Winnipeg. In her early years Helen worked as a hairdresser but soon focused her energy on raising her children. She enjoyed cooking, baking and expressing herself artistically through painting, crocheting, knitting, quilting and needlepoint. She was a longtime member and Past Matron of Jephthah Chapter No. 22, O.E.S. Helen delighted in being a grandma and continually showered her grandchildren with love. She was truly a blessing to her family and friends and will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank the staff of Victoria General Hospital and Misericordia Cornish 6 Interim Care Unit for their care and support. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7 at First Presbyterian Church, 61 Picardy Place with reception to follow in the church hall.
