SARA MARIE ROSALIE (ST. JACQUES) LAMONTAGNE It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sara Marie Rosalie (St. Jacques) Lamontagne on Thursday, April 7, 2005 at the St. Boniface Hospital. Sara, a dearly loved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother was 79 years old. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Modeste Lamontagne; and her children, Juliette (Gerald), Adrien (Murielle), Andre, Claude (Roverta), Germain (Marjolaine), Rose (Jim), Jerry, Richard (Sue); and 20 grandchildren as well as six great-grandchildren. Sara was predeceased by one son Roger in 1981. Prayers will be held Tuesday, April 12 at Steinbach Funeral Home at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 8:00 p.m. The funeral service for Sara will be held on Wednesday, April 13 at 3:00 p.m. at Steinbach Funeral Home with viewing one hour prior to the service. The reception will follow the service. The interment will be held at the Marchand Cemetery at a later date. Honorary Pallbearers will be Adrien, Claude, Germain, Andre Rocan and Jim and Kevin Funk. Mom had a big heart for everyone and was full of life. Modeste and Sara, a well matched couple, were always there for each other. She enjoyed playing cards with her grandchildren and her family could always count on her to help. She will be missed. If friends and family so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. The family would like to thank the funeral home, Dr. Chantel, the nursing staff of the Ste.
