HENRYK LUZNY Peacefully after courageous battle with cancer, Henryk Luzny passed away on April 10, 2005 at Seven Oaks Hospital. Henryk will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 54 years, Wanda; sons, Zdzislaw and Chris; daughter Krystyna (Miroslaw) Blezewicz; grandchildren, Michelle (Brad) Hyra, Dennis (Lisa) and Annette Blazewicz; great-grandson Nicholas Hyra; brother Zdzislaw (Krystyna) Luzny and family also cousins in Canada and Poland. He was predeceased by his father Pawel, mother Antonina and brother Jozef. Henryk was born in Lipe, Poland and immigrated to Canada with his family in 1967. He started his new life in Winnipeg where he worked as a roofer at Aetna Roofing. His hobbies included hunting, playing cards with family and he also love to cook. Most of all he loved dancing with his wife, at which he was very good. He was a very devoted Catholic and enjoyed church gatherings. Henryk was family oriented and enjoyed company. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. Many thanks to Dr. N. Finlayson, Dr. S. Szajkowski and nurse Alice. Special thank also goes to Henryk's first cousin Bozena and her husband Drago Brankorvic for all the support they gave us. Viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 14, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. both at St. John Cantius' Roman Catholic Church, 846 Burrows Ave. Rev. Fr. Henryk Uczniak presiding. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. Thank you to the pallbearers for their friendship and support. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
