Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUSSELL WALKER The death of Russell Walker occurred at Fairview Home in Brandon on April 14, 2005. Russell was born in Brandon on July 25, 1914. He spent his life farming, starting out in Forrest. He later sold the farm there and moved to West St. Paul where he farmed for a number of years before moving to Winnipeg. Russell is survived by his three daughters, Valerie (Butch) Gillis and their son Corey, Debbie (Mel) Murray and their children, Shawn and Shannon, Sharon (Edward) Vivie and their children, Chris and Tiffany and his son, Quentin Walker. There is great-granddaughter Jessie. Russell was predeceased by his father Robert in 1942; mother Jennie in 1971 and by brothers, Leslie, Melville, Stanley, Alex, Jack, Frank, Allen; and a sister Eva. The funeral service will be held at Memories Chapel, 330-18th St. N. on Wednesday, April 20 at 2:00 p.m. Rev. David Ens of Richmond Park Mennonite Brethren Church will officiate. Interment will follow in the Brandon Cemetery. Friends who wish may make a donation in memory of Russell to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba - Westman Region, 437 9th St., Brandon, MB R7A 4A9.
