Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLGA YAREMYCH Suddenly, on Sunday, April 17, 2005, Olga Yaremych passed away at the age of 78 years. Olga was predeceased by her parents Peter and Daria; brothers, George and Bill; and sister Anne. Olga was born in Rama, SK, on July 25, 1926, and moved to Winnipeg at an early age. She attended Norquay and Aberdeen Schools. She was employed at Eaton's for over 45 years and retired in 1992. Olga was an active member of St. Andrew's Ukrainian Catholic Church, an original choir member and organizer of various church events. She was also a member of the Ukrainian Catholic Women's League, the Holy Family Nursing Home Ladies Auxiliary and the Eaton's Retirement Club. Olga will always be remembered by her friendly, caring and outgoing personality. She gave so generously of her love and devotion for family, friends and her faith. Olga leaves to mourn her sister Elsie Woytko; brother-in-law George Feschuk; nieces and nephews; and lifelong friend Margaret Didenko. She will be sadly missed by Liam, son of Trent Roskevich. Prayers will be sung 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 21 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 22 at St. Andrew's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 160 Euclid Ave., with Rev. Mitrat J. Holowaty officiating. A private family interment will take place at Holy Family Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mike McMahon, Day Woytko, Drew Woytko, Trent Roskevich, Jay Feschuk and Bill Konopelny. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
