She was predeceased by her mother Anna Skotnicki and she will continue to live in the hearts of her loving husband of 39 years, Roger; her three children, Roger Jr., Sheri (Rob) and Lisa (Rob); as well as her cherished grandchildren, Christine, Sam, Jessa and Jordyn; and her very special friend Bonnie Staranchuck. She is also survived by her parents, John and Irene Skotnicki; sisters, Zenovia (Wayne) Guenchyn and Christine Stefiuk; along with her nieces and nephew. Susan was born in Hanover, Germany on September 18, 1947. She and her father came to Canada when she was just three years old. Susan grew up in the North End and attended St. John's and Tech Voc High Schools. Susan met the love of her life, Roger, in 1964, married in 1966, and they began their wonderful journey together and started their family. They lived in Windsor Park and later moved to Transcona. Susan loved gardening, playing baseball and going camping with her family and friends. She was vibrant and full of life and she was always there to listen to a friend in need. A very special thanks to the doctors and nurses in the neurology unit at the Health Sciences Centre.
