Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD THOMAS MORRIS It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Richard Thomas Morris at Meadowood Manor on April 18, 2005 at the age of 66. Richard was born in Dawson City, Yukon on October 15, 1938. Richard served 20 years in Search and Rescue, in the navy as a medic. Then went on to the Canada Post Office for 24 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Yvette; two daughters, Patricia Mazurkiewich (Randy), Jo-Rene Morris (Dallas) of Calgary; one sister Barbara Suitor of Edmonton; one brother, Donald Morris (Anne) of Chilliwack; four stepchildren, Ron Hebert, Marc Hebert (Tracy), Diane Hebert (Sylvain), Marie Kopp (Kurtis); and four grandchildren, Braydon, Lindsey, Courtney, Nicholas, eight step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Richard was predeceased by his parents, John and Irene Morris, and his wife Shirley in 1985. Special thanks go out to the Meadowood Medical and nursing staff and Bishop Jim Cormack for the many blessings. Cremation has taken place and memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. at Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald St. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Stroke Foundation, 1-333 Vaughn St. Rest in Peace My life on earth has truly past.
