His favourite pastime since his retirement was his garden. He took much pride in his fruit trees and was always ready to share whatever was ready in his garden with others. The family would like to offer sincere thanks to Susan, his home care nurse and Dr. MacDougall for many years of dedicated care. Also, many thanks to the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital for their compassion and care during his recent illness.
