GERARD LEO TOUGAS 1929 - 2005 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gerard after a courageous battle with cancer on April 17, 2005. He is survived by his loving wife Emilienne Michaud and his children, Donald (Agnes Mao), Richard (Helene), Ginette (Jean Malo); grandchildren, Samuel, Dariene, Miguel (Christina Rogers), Natalie, David, Christian, Justin; great-grandchildren, Seth and Jacquelyne. He is also survived by five sisters, one brother and brothers and sisters-in-law. The funeral mass will be held on Monday, April 25 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sainte Anne Roman Catholique Church where Gerard was a lifetime member. Co-celebrants are Fr. Rene Chartier, Fr. Gerald Michaud, and Fr. Leonce Aubin. Private interment will take place at a later date. The family would like to thank the palliative caregivers for their love and their support. They would also like to thank the doctors and nurses of the Ste. Anne Hospital who treated Gerard with kindness and dignity. May God bless you all!
