IRENE OWEN Peacefully on May 1, 2005 at the St. Joseph's Residence, Irene Ivy Owen passed away. She was predeceased by her husband Alfred Owen. She leaves to mourn her daughter Brenda; grandson Paul; and son Craig (daughter-in-law Terri). Irene was born in Luscar, AB. She married and moved to Winnipeg where she raised her family. She was an avid sportswoman and loved her Winnipeg Jets . Memorial service in care of Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. on Wednesday, May 4 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Manitoba Heat and Stroke Foundation, Suite 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
