  • My dear friend, I miss you so much. I've been so blessed with all the good memories. I can't wait to see you again. Shawna was a very down to earth kinda gal, she was always smiling and joking around. She always looked out for everyone, very caring & loving. She was also very intelligent and loved to speak her cree language. She was a genuinely amazing woman who loved life. - Posted by: Corinne Murdock (childhood friend) on: Jan 25, 2013

  • The memories which I have of Shawna are those of her high school years and graduating in June 1991. Those were the times of laughter and the beginnings of lasting friendships. I also remember the love and support which she extended to her friends, Kathy and George, on their wedding day. Shawna was loved for her friendship, laughter and gentle kindness. Cherish the gift of love, the greatest gift of all. May her memory linger on in the gentle breezes of the wind and in the soft teardrops of the rain -in the Spirit of Friendship from Mrs. Spence. - Posted by: Clementine Spence (Friend) on: May 05, 2005

  • Shawna was a loving person that tried to help everyone. She loved her family and friends. I will miss her with all my heart. Even though I was the younger sister of one of her friends she always let me come along to have some fun. - Posted by: Merri-Beth Marcyniuk (Friend) on: May 04, 2005
