DONALD WILLIAM RIORDAN 1930 - 2005 Suddenly on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 Donald William Riordan passed away peacefully in his sleep at Pioneer Lodge in Salmon Arm, BC at the age of 74 years. Donald is survived by Shane of Ottawa; Chris and Sam of Salmon Arm, grandchildren, Amanda and Mathew, first great-grandchild Ryley; Sandra and Len Blake of Delta, BC, granddaughters, Lauren and Samantha; Laura and Nigel Roberts of Squamish, BC, grandchildren, Jessica, Geordie and Jackson. Predeceased by his parents, Charles and Ada Riordan; his loving wife Patricia 1996; his sisters, Doris and Louise. Donald was born in Winnipeg November 11, 1930 where he married his wife then later moved to Vancouver with his family. Donald recently moved to Salmon Arm, March 2005 and became a resident of Pioneer Lodge. Donald loved fishing, reading, camping, golf, playing cards, rock and roll music and spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by all. The family would like to thank Dr. M. Lourens and the wonderful caring staff at Pioneer Lodge during Dad's brief stay. Special thanks to Dr. L. Klein of Squamish Hospital and also to Dr. M. Taylor and staff of Vancouver General.
