GABRIEL CINQ-MARS (Knights of Columbus) Peacefully on May 7, 2005, at Vista Park Lodge, passed away with his wife Yvette by his side after a lengthy illness. Born in Otterburne, MB on September 16, 1923, Gabriel leaves to mourn his wife Yvette of 60 years; his three children, two sons and one daughter, Larry (Shirley), Philip (Linda) and Paulette (Ray); his grandchildren, Cyrstal (Bart), Laurie, Jolene, Andrew; stepgranddaughters, Tonie, Tamie and family. He also leaves his brothers, Bernard (Yvonne) and Johnny (Dorothy); one sister Therese (Jos); and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his parents, Alphonse and Rose-Alma; his brothers, Hilaire and Paul; sisters, Marguerite, Rose and Georgette. Gabriel was employed 25 years at United Grain and 15 years at the University of Manitoba. His love was his wife Yvette and family, Larry, Philip, Paulette and his grandchildren. He took great pride in his home and his Lincoln. Gabriel was a very generous man. The family would like to thank the staff at Vista Park Lodge for their care and kindness. Prayers will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12 also at Desjardins Funeral Chapel. Interment of the cremated remains will follow at the P.W. Lavack Columbarium, St. Boniface Cemetery. We love Pepere, Rest in Peace.
