GERALD (JUD) FITZPATRICK It is with great sadness that we, the family announce the tragic passing of our uncle Gerald (Jud) Fitzpatrick aged 64 years, of Piney, MB, on May 9, 2005. He leaves to cherish his memory his three nieces, Patricia and Jeff Horch and children, Dale, Cori and Ronald Horch; Gwendolyne and Mauro Copetti and children, Kylar, Keila and Keelara Copetti; Colleen Fitzpatrick and friend Greg Cummings; as well as many cousins and dear friends. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Sarah Anne Fitzpatrick; brothers, Keith Vincent and Kenneth. Jud's funeral service will coincide with his brother Keith's on Saturday, May 14 at 1:00 p.m. at Piney Community Hall, Piney MB. Interment will follow the service in the Badger Cemetery. We the family would like to extend a special thank you to the EMS Personnel, Wayne Setlack of the RCMP, Tim Nickel, and Daryle Kantimer for their assistance. If friends so desire, donations in Gerald's Memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. VITA FUNERAL HOME IN CARE OF ARRANGEMENTS

Jud, With every bird that flies or pitch that's tossed at a baseball game I am reminded of you. It's hard to believe that mine years have passed. My memories of that day will always remain. The last good thing I remember from that day is you, Dad and me laughing as you wrote some words on the whiteboard as we drove down the highway. I would have given anything to change the outcome.
