EUGENIE "JENNIE" MARIE LOUISE RICKER (nee PARISIEN) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jennie Ricker of Winnipeg, MB on Thursday, May 12, 2005, at the Oakview Place Nursing Home at the age of 90 years. Jennie was born in St. Norbert, MB on April 16, 1915. Remaining to cherish her memory are her daughter Elizabeth Dixon of Winnipeg, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and sister Ernestine Mondor. Jennie was predeceased by her husband Edward; son Joseph; sisters, Julia Parker, Adele Laramee and Margaret Laramee; brothers, Gabriel, Arthur and Jules; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A private family funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's All Beliefs and Faiths Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Ave. at Sharp Boulevard. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Jennie's memory may be made to CancerCare, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9 or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Suite 200, 6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
