Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLIFFORD HENRY FOSTER Cliff passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of May 12, 2005. He is survived by his loving wife Karren; his sons, Laurie (Gail), Al (Lynn), Norman (Shannon); and his daughters, Heather (Don) and Shelley (Brock). Cliff is also survived by his grandchildren, Renee, Barry, Kevin (Josie), Trish (Paul), Chantelle, Allyn, Adam, Dayna (Tyson), Tyler, Cameron, Madison. He is also survived by his sister, Margaret Williams, and his brother Don Foster. Cliff was predeceased by his wife Shirley and his granddaughter, Kathy-Jo. Cliff was born in St. Leon, MB on January 10, 1926. He worked for Winnipeg Hydro for 34 years. Cliff was a hard-working man who always provided for his family. He gave freely of his time, supporting Varsity View and Earl Grey community clubs. Cliff was a longtime member of the Charleswood Legion and an active member of ANAF Rockwood Unit 303 where he served as president of the Rockwood Seniors. Cliff enjoyed his friends at the Rockwood for over 40 years and even with failing eyesight, his Thursday afternoon dart-mates helped him find the target. Karren and the family would like to thank Dr. Permack and the staff at the Victoria Hospital for the compassionate care they provided Cliff. In lieu of flowers and in the spirit of Cliff's generous nature, please make a donation to the charity of your choice. A celebration of Cliff's life will be held Wednesday, May 18, 11:00 a.m. at ANAF Rockwood Unit 303 located at 341 Wilton St., Winnipeg, MB.
