HENRY DOLYNIUK It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Henry Dolyniuk on May 9, 2005 at Victoria Hospital surrounded by the love of his family. He was 88 years old. He was predeceased by his first born daughter Eleanor; brothers, Alec, John and Ed; sisters, Audrey, Sunny and Marie; parents, Anne and Wasyl Dolyniuk, and sister-in-law Ann Freskiw. Henry leaves to mourn, his loving wife Kay; children, Betty, Ernie (Donna), Joni, Barbie (Wayne); grandchildren, Robin, Marcel, Darren (Jill), Courtenay, Michelle (Richard) and Larissa; great-grandchildren, Jamie and Kati; sister-in-law Nellie Dolyniuk; brother Peter (Mary) Bachinski; the Freskiw Family; nieces and nephews, Nick, Kay, Mary, Steve, Bill, Peter and their families, niece Wendy Adam and nephews, Warren and Gord Dolyniuk. Dad was born on February 27, 1917 in Sky Lake, MB. He met Mom of Meleb, MB and they were married on October 18, 1937. Together, they shared 67 wonderful years and countless memories. Dad was an honest and hardworking man who loved his family and friends and could always be depended upon for unconditional love and words of wisdom. He was a prominent home builder and furniture maker who took pride in each and every project. Dad didn't just build houses, he built family homes. His skills and talents were much sought after even after retirement. You could always find Dad in his garage working on a project or fixing something. Dad loved the outdoors and was an avid sportsman of hunting. He had a great appreciation and respect for nature. Dad thoroughly enjoyed life, love and laughter and was always dedicated to his wife Kay and pussycat Puppy . The family wishes to thank the staff of Golden Links Lodge and home care staff Audrey, Linda, Anita and Jan for their kindness and care of our dad. We thank you with all of our hearts. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 16 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of one's choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
