Over the years that I have been associated with Peter in his professional work, I have always admired his quiet, introspective and insightful contributions to any discussion. Peter has been instrumental at the national level in drawing together municipal IT managers and improving the services we offer to the public. I will miss his counsel and in particular his ready humour. - Posted by: Gerry Matte (Co-Worker) on: May 31, 2005
