LUCILLE GERMAINE DUBOIS It is with deeply saddened hearts that the family of Lucille Dubois, announce her peaceful passing at Foyer Valade, May 15, 2005. She will be forever loved and greatly missed by her devoted husband of 58 years, Joseph Dubois; her six children, Robert (Solange) of Thunder Bay, Doris (Gerry Nault), Jeannette (Paul Hince), Suzanne (Maurice Quenelle), Louise (Lawrie Van Ryssel), Carole (Claude Arpin). Her legacy continues with 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mom had a passion for life. Her feisty spirit and mischievous nature touched many hearts. Her strong will and joie de vivre permeated every aspect of her life. For many years Mom was an employee at St. Boniface General Hospital where she was known to be dedicated and responsible. During her retirement Mom's joy and happiness was being at the cottage in St. Malo. Many hours were happily spent gardening, shopping for bargains, taking day trips and above all welcoming her family. The family wish to express their sincere thanks for the loving care given by the dedicated staff of Foyer Valade. Elle etait speciale, unique et elle sera toujours dans nos coeurs. Son esprit est dans chacun de nous. On t'oubliera jamais. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 19 at the Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald, with a reception to follow at Glen Lawn Funeral Home. A private family interment will be held at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation would be greatly appreciated at 102 - 310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6.
