JOHN MICHAEL BADOWICZ It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Michael Badowicz on May 20, 2005 at the River East Personal Care Home. John was born on September 29, 1923 in Ralstone MB. He spent a good deal of his childhood in and around the Brandon area. As a young man, John moved to Winnipeg and shortly after became employed with Manitoba Hydro where he worked until retired. The focal point of his life was his family. He was predeceased by his father Michael and his mother Bernice. John will be sadly missed by his sister Pearl Melnick his 3 daughters, Donna Requeima, Beverly Lockert (Dave) and Geraldine Neilson (Donald), four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at the Holy Family Parish, 778 Archibald on Friday, May 27, at 12:30 p.m., with a interment to follow at Glen Eden Cemetery, 4499 Main St. A special thank you to the nurses and staff of River East Personal Care Home for their care and kindness. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society. Always loved never forgotten.
