FATHER FRANCIS (FRANK) M. MCGEE, S.J. At Rene Goupil House, Pickering, Ontario (Jesuit Infirmary) on Sunday, May 22, 2005 in his 78th year and 56th year in religious life. Father was born in Montreal on December 13, 1927. Son of James John McGee and Margaret F. Carmody. Predeceased by his brother Robert (Carole Corbin), and survived by brothers John, James, Gerald (Nancy Hogan) ans sister Rita (Joe Malone). He entered the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) on September 7, 1949 and was Ordained on June 18, 1961. Father McGee worked in education of youth at Campion High School, Regina and St. Paul's High School, Winnipeg. Father was assistant Pastor at St. Pius X parish in St. John's, Newfoundland, Pastor at Cape Croker and Wikwemikong, both in the Manitoulin District. Father also worked in various missions at Anishinabe. Friends may call at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home Chapel, 467 Sherbourne St. (South of Wellesley) on Wednesday, May 25 from 2 to 4 p.m. and again at the Manresa-Jesuit Spiritual Renewal Centre, 2325 Liverpool Road North, Pickering, from 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday, May 26 at 11 a.m. at the Manresa-Jesuit Spiritual Renewal Centre. Interment at the Jesuit Cemetery, Guelph, Ontario at 3 p.m. In his memory, donations may be made to the Father Francis M. McGee Bursary Fund, Jesuit Development Office, 1325 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 2C4.
