Joan was born and raised in St. Vital. She loved to spend her time gardening, walking, sewing and baking her famous cupcakes. Joan had a kind heart and would always put family and others before herself. She was caring and believed in helping those in need by donating to numerous charities. Despite her humble lifestyle, she found the courage to inspire others to follow their dreams and was very supportive. Joan was very proud of her Scottish heritage and enjoyed the bagpipes. She will be sadly missed for the smile on her face, the stories she loved to tell and the flash of her camera. Cremation has taken place.
