Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRANDALL (RANDY) NURSE Suddenly on May 28, 2005 at Victoria Hospital, Randy passed away at the age of 45 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Samantha (nee Carriere) and daughter Victoria and his parents, Ronald and Patricia; brother-in-law Cory (Candi) and their children, Dorian and Katrina. Randy was born in Toronto and raised is Oshawa, ON. He worked for CN Rail for 20 years in various locations including Oshawa, Toronto, Montreal and finally Winnipeg. Randy started playing in the Winnipeg Pool Leagues where he met his wife, Samantha and his many friends. Randy also enjoyed playing with his dog Archie, reading, bowling, travelling and watching Nascar. He combined some of these hobbies when he attended Nascar races and played in pool tournaments in Las Vegas. In August 2004, Randy's pride and joy, Victoria was born. He was a wonderful father, husband, son and a great friend to many. A gathering of friends will be held on Monday, June 6 between 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Childhood Asthma Foundation or to a charity of one's choice. I am surely blessed to count Randy as one of my friends. I can remember playing many & match against him and having quite a few discussions with this sincere gentlemen. He was not one to express his opinions very freely, but he most definitely showed in small ways his love for his wife (Samantha) and daughter (Victoria). I will most definitely miss him.
