Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPHINE DROHOMERESKI On Saturday, June 4, 2005 Josephine Drohomereski, aged 95 years of Teulon passed away at the Hunter Memorial Hospital in Teulon, MB. Survived by three daughters and one son, Jean (Lawrence) Stelmach, Edward (Helen) Drohomereski, Margie Loveless, Helen (Roger) Garrod; stepson George (Jennifer) Demery; two daughters-in-law, Patricia Abuda and Lil Abuda. There are 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Peter H. Drohomereski and by two sons, John Abuda and Joe Abuda. Born March 15, 1910 in Zbaraz, Poland. Mom came to Canada in 1926. She married her first husband Michael Abuda in Toronto in 1929 and moved to Silver, MB. In 1933 Michael passed away suddenly. In 1940 Mom married Peter H. Drohomereski from Pleasant Home and moved to the Teulon area. They farmed there until 1968 when they retired to the town of Teulon. After Dad passed away Mom moved into Gateway Manor in Teulon. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 7 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Stephen's Church, Pleasant Home. Interment will follow in the churchyard cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Hunter Memorial Hospital in Teulon. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.
