AMY PETERS 1911 - 2005 Amy passed away peacefully at Concordia Hospital on June 4, 2005 with her family at her side. She leaves to mourn her loving husband Ed, daughter Donna Horne (David deceased), son Gordon Gillis (Anne deceased), daughter Doris Chute (Milton) and son Jim Gillis (Noeline), 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, one sister Georgine Barcus (Doug) and brother Lloyd Clafton (Audrey). Amy was a young spirit, had a gift for music, she was involved with meals on wheels and the CB Club. She also enjoyed bowling and playing horseshoes. She was blessed with a sound mind and her sense of humour until the end. A private family service and cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Diabetes Foundation.
