MAUDE ANNE PAUL (nee TOMLINSON) April 3, 1919 - June 6, 2005 It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of their beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Maude Paul, on Monday, June 6, 2005 at the Victoria Hospital. Maude was predeceased by her brothers, John and Ernie; sisters, Margaret, Janey and Kay. Maude leaves to cherish her many memories, her husband of 62 years Jack; daughters, Gayle (Gary), Laurie (Harold); grandchildren, Rick (Tracy), Kimberley, Tracey, Geoff and Jennifer; great-grandchildren, Darnell and Dylan; sister Effie; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Maude was born 1919 in Winnipeg. She married Jack in 1943 and together they made their home in south St. Vital. Family was always most important to Maude and in her later years her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought her much happiness. For this she will always be remembered. The family would like to extend special thanks to the 3rd Floor staff at the Victoria General Hospital and her many home care workers. A celebration of Maude's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 10 at the Lindenwood Manor, 475 Lindenwood Drive E. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society.
