CLARENCE (KELLY) RING September 9, 1921 - June 1, 2005 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Kelly was born and raised in Brandon, MB where he met and married Mom (Hilda Greenslade). Kelly enlisted in the 59th Field Battery, where he spent the war years, in Canada and overseas. He spent many years working as a bread-man in Brandon, salesman with Blue Ribbon/Brooke Bond Foods Limited, and until his retirement in 1986 with the RCMP D Division in Winnipeg. Kelly is also survived by two former daughters-in-law, Heather and Suzanne. The family would like to thank the staff of Victoria General Hospital and Home Care in Winnipeg for all the care and support they gave Dad and us through his stay with them. We also wish to thank the residents of Meadowbrook Villas in Sanford where Dad spent his last few months enjoying new friends and friendly atmosphere. Dad, your smile and wit will be missed by all that knew you, say hi to Mom - we all love you. A time of visitation for family and friends will be held at the Brockie Donovan Chapel, 332-8th St., Brandon, on Saturday, June 11, 2005, prior to the service from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. The funeral service will commence at 1:00 p.m. with Royal Canadian Legion Padre Michael Skliros officiating.
